Policies

• Group involvement is not optional. Students participate in individual and group lessons weekly.
• Fees are due in total or in our specified payment plan.
• NSF or stopped payments will be charged $20.00.
• Fees are nonrefundable except for exceptional cases.
• Lessons canceled by the parent/student are nonrefundable and the teacher is not obligated to make this lesson up.
• Teacher canceled lessons are to be made-up or refunded
• Any make-up lessons accumulated throughout the school year must be taken before the end of June or forfeited.

Tuition Fees

Our school follows a 36 week school year. Billing is done on a per year basis. There is a optional payment plan which divides the Tuition by 4 payments

• A portion of the Tuition Fee is based on the length of the weekly individual lessons.

• A portion of the Tuition Fee is based on the group lessons scheduled for the term. Group lesson fees are based on $16.00 per hour. As an option a second group class can also be attended at $100 per year.

• Recitals/concerts are $10.60 per event for string students and $6.80 per event for piano. Please note that string students receive rehearsals and an accompanist, hence the higher fee.

Note: For example, a student with ½ hr individual lessons and an average length group classes, the cost is approximately $1550 for the school year.

Please note that if a student starts mid-year the Tuition Fee will be pro-rated.

Registration Fee

An annual Registration Fee of $40.00 is charged for every student on an annual basis. If there is more than one student per family, a maximum of 2 student per family will be charged. Third or more in family is waived (see registration page.)
