Music in early childhood creates a foundation upon which future music learning is built. Early interaction with music positively affects the quality of children's lives.

The North York Suzuki School of Music offers programs for young children and parents. The traditional class Music for Babies and Parents, helps you and your children interact through music with a repertoire of bounces, finger-plays, lullabies and games, etc. This class prepares children for instrumental lessons in the future by focusing on concepts of rhythm, beat, pitch and tempo. Parents need not have a musical background, just the desire to make music an important and joyful part of their home environment.

Classes meet for 45 minutes on a weekly basis at our school. If you are interested in joining either class, remit a completed registration form.
